We are IOSS (EU VAT) registered. For orders being delivered to the EU, the VAT will be paid on your behalf directly to the relevant body. The only fee to be paid thereafter is the customs duty when it reaches your country. You will be contacted by the delivery provider to pay this yourself.

Please note, for international orders, the shipping price is for the shipping only and doesn’t include import duty into your country, which you will need to pay on arrival unless your parcel may not be delivered.

Cut off for Saturday delivery is Friday at 2pm*.

Any order being delivered to Scottish Highlands, Islands or any other postcodes deemed not Mainland will be delivered by Royal Mail Standard, regardless of postage option selected and the surcharges will be covered by ourselves.

Once ordered, please wait for our email notification stating the order is ready to collect from Darlington. We have multiple warehouses and depending on stock, we may need to transfer from a different warehouse.

Dispatch times
Depending on stock, dispatches of items can be from 1-5 working days. The delivery service chosen at checkout with then follow this. You will be informed of dispatch via email.

 

Next Day delivery service

While every effort is take to deliver next day when this option is chosen there are some occasions where this can be 48 hours. This can be due to a number of factors for example weather, courier delays, traffic, natural atmosphere effects.
